Our Compliance and Corporate Services Team is growing – Join us! we’re looking for a Corporate and Compliance Executive to join the team responsible for:
- Internal Compliance and client funds for whom we act as Compliance Officers;
- Company Secretarial Services;
- Structuring Services
The new team member will be involved in all areas and amongst others your responsibilities will include:
- Analyse new regulatory requirements with a particular focus on investment services regulation;
- Assist with the creation, maintaining and implementation of compliance-related policies and conduct of internal compliance reviews;
- Assisting with the drafting of Compliance Reports;
- Ensuring that the Compliance Monitoring Plan is adequately prepared and implemented accordingly;
- Assisting in the submission and preparation of statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry;
- Support in board meetings including board pack assembling, action point follow-up and minute taking and drafting;
- Maintain the companies statutory registers and records, encompassing the register of shareholders, directors, and other relevant documentation;
- Assisting in guiding clients on launching new funds, the licensing process and pre-launch requirements;
- Drafting of all application documentation during the licensing process;
- Establishing a strong relationship with clients, assist with day to day requests, and respond to their needs;
- Co-ordinating and handling day to day client requests.
The selected applicant must have the following profile:
- Ideally have either a compliance background or experience in the funds industry but fresh graduates can also apply;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- You are committed, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude;
- A strong interest to learn and develop a strong career.
Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
