Background
Purpose of job : A key role within the Account Management function has arisen at Investors Europe (Malta). The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, supporting them to derive the greatest benefits from our products and services, while ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded. The role collaborates with different departments in the Company to ensure utmost client satisfaction.

Reports to:  Chief Executive Officer

Job Holder will interact with: All Departments

Key duties

  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and handle more complex queries and complex account set-ups
  • Manage an existing portfolio of clients ranging from individuals to legal entities of a complex structure
  • Monitor the status and progress of client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive value for clients
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling of products and services to existing clients
  • Address issues, queries, requests or instructions and interact with clients, Middle Office, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams, including banks and payment providers and any other financial institutions
  • Abide by clients’ and associates’ policies and procedures, including compliance policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management functions to review and interpret sales performance data and metrics
  • Support and train team members on managing complex accounts, enhancing overall team capability and knowledge
  • Remain abreast of industry trends and developments, including the evolving global regulatory landscape

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Management or relevant field.

Knowledge

  • First degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience gained in international financial services, payments or banking operations would be advantageous.

Remuneration

Salary: Commensurate with role and market competitive.
Bonus: Discretionary based on individual and company performance.
