Altarius Asset Management Ltd is a full scope AIFM licensed by the MFSA. Through its European AIFM licence, it sets up and monitors bespoke funds and manages accounts. It also provides solutions for new technology investments in an ever-evolving environment. The Management Company (ManCo) offers a one-stop solution, through which clients can focus on their investments while Altarius takes care of all legal, administrative, regulatory and investment management matters.
Altarius’ main operation is based in its Maltese office, but it also acts in other European and non-European jurisdictions. It is recognised by the S.E.C as an Investment Adviser (exempt Reporting Advisor) and has accumulated strong experience over the years with European and American clients.
Altarius Group was founded in 2006 with the setting up of our Swiss Affiliate, Altarius SA. Altarius SA concentrates on corporate and investment solutions to asset and independent wealth managers, investment advisors and specialized service providers across Europe and the EEA. Since then, it has obtained a Category 2 Investment Services Licence by the MFSA, and it has also set up a German Affiliate (Altarius GmBH). The organisation’s goal is to provide services to support clients to invest in a regulated, professional and efficient environment.
