SUMMARY:MASA Fund Operations Certification Course- Session 2: Role and responsibilities of the Regulator and Service providers
DESCRIPTION:MASA will be organizing once again the Fund Operations Course. The sessions will be held online every Monday and Wednesday (5:00pm – 6:30pm) in March starting on the 1st of March. Sessions and dates are as follows:\n\n\n\n01/03  Introduction to the Malta funds industry and key players in the funds industry\n06/03  Role and responsibilities of the Regulator and Service providers\n08/03  Asset classes – an overview\n13/03  Fund administration (Session 1)\n15/03  Fund administration (Session 2)\n20/03  The Compliance officer and the Company Secretary\n22/03  The role of the MLRO\n27/03  The challenges/future of the fund industry\n\n\n\nLecturers will be delivered by experienced professionals in the industry.
